The anonymisation of questions for FAQ analysis is carried out locally on our servers — no identifying personal data is transmitted to a third-party service in this context.

8. Retention period

The data collected is kept for as long as necessary to handle your contact request, then deleted. The anonymised questions used for FAQ analysis contain no identifying personal data and may be kept without any time limit.
